The PDY-1524 Double Acting Hydraulic 15 ton Crimping Head. Easy, one-hand operation, and 360 degree rotating head allows easy head orientation for precision control of crimping to improve safety and reliability. Accepts 15 ton "P" style dies to easily crimp connector sizes up to 1,250 MCM-CU. With an optional PU Adaptor this tool will also accept standard Reliable "U" style dies as well as some dies from Alcoa, Burndy, Blackburn, Thomas & Betts, and Huskie. Designed for connectors requiring 15 ton crimping forces, and feature double-acting hydraulic power to eliminate die hang-up.
