The REL-510HK 12 ton Single Acting Hydraulic Crimping Head has been designed to crimp splices to 477 ACSR and lugs to 1033 MCM.

The REL-510HK accepts standard Kearney style dies. Easy one-hand operation allows easy head orientation for precision control of crimp, improved safety and reliability. Accepts Kearney PH2/WH2 or Equal dies. With an optional UDK-1 Adaptor this tool will also accept standard Reliable "U" style dies as well as some dies from Alcoa, Burndy, Thomas & Betts, and Blackburn.
