The REL-ST-10 double acting hydraulic spearing tool was designed to drive a serrated piercing blade into the conductor or joint ensuring that the conductor is out of service prior to beginning work. Designed to accommodate electrical cables from 6 to 10" O.D. This double acting tool has the ability to advance and retract, eliminating hang-up.
