This guillotine-type cutter features a 2 in. capacity, 360 degree rotating head, and built-in auxiliary handle. These cutters can be used for cutting cable, ground rod, or rebar. The model PDC 2000 also cuts wire rope, soft steel bolts, guy strand, ground rods, anchor bolts, and rebar. All models will make a straight, clean cut every time.
