The HP4707SA single-acting hydraulic cable cutter is ideal for cutting individual conductors or communication cable.

The HP4707SA will cut individual copper or aluminum conductors up to 1,000 MCM, and can even cut ACSR up to 954 MCM with the standard ACSR blade set.

Simplicity, speed, and convenience make the HP4707SA cutter the perfect addition to any single acting tool inventory.
