Our headquarters at 301 Ivyland Road in Warminster, PA. houses our assembly department, parts, repairs, sales & administration as well as our inventory of the most requested tools and supplies for the Utility Industry.

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Accounting team located in Warminster, PA. Under the direction of the Controller, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for all activities of the Corporate Accounting Department, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory accounting.  This position is on site Monday – Friday.


  • Manage month-end and year end closing and financial reporting.
  • Assist Controller in insurance, banking, corporate tax, and real estate functions.
  • Manage monthly sales taxes in various states.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of statutory filings.
  • Coordinate periodic audits by external organizations.
  • Develop and maintain standard accounting policies and procedures.
  • Supervise, train and mentor the corporate accounting staff.


  • 5+ years of financial business experience.
  • Mix of public accounting and private industry experience
  • Prior management experience
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tax accounting
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Other duties as assigned.


B.A. or B.S. in accounting, finance, or associated discipline.

Clerical Cash Application Clerk – Job Posting

Reliable Equipment is a growing company in Warminster, PA that manufactures, sells, and provides tools and equipment to the power utility industry, since 1977! We take pride in being a Veteran-owned business.   We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Clerical Cash Application Clerk.

  •  Run the daily bank reports for both the cash disbursement and operating accounts.
  •  Cash Receipt Entry Application into Sage 100:
  •  Checks.
  •  ACH.
  •  Wire transfers.
  •  Research Issues such as short payments, price deductions, Freight issues, etc.
  •  Responsible for entering all credit cards into the “Converge” system
  •  Email invoices with credit card receipts daily.
  •  Send credit application and/or customer information form to potential customers.
  •  Ensure that credit applications are completed by mailing trade reference and bank forms out.
  •  Follow up with phone calls for additional information, additional references, or to expedite application.
  •  Scan and email all Asplundh invoices.
  •  Setting Up New Accounts and Changing Information on Existing Accounts:
  •  Ensure that state sales tax exemption certificates are received, validated (if state requires) and recorded.
  •  Ensure that all information is accurate including “bill to” and “ship to” address, contact and credit card information.
  •  Review taxable sales for invoices over $1,000 & ensuring they are taxable sales.
  •  Assist in General accounting by processing tax returns for various states when needed.
  •  Provide Back up support to others in Accounting as needed
  •  Run Accounts Receivable Aging Report
  •  Assist with Year End: Boxing prior year’s information for storage, etc.
  •  Special projects & other duties as assigned

  • At least 2 years Cash Application or related experience
